Candlewood Suites North Little Rock by IHG

I chose the pay at the property option for this reservation. While driving to the hotel I was called by the property manager and told I needed to pay now or they would not hold the rooms for me. We had also requested a first floor and close rooms due to traveling with a special needs child. We were put on the second floor and our two rooms were at the opposite end of the hallway.

Good, not great.

The room was large and comfortable. Love the kitchen.

Great hotel and location. The property and staff were awesome

It is in a great location.I have stayed here before..this was before covid...Had to stay here due to business.The rooms were clean however the Hall way and Elevator smelled like dog...Need to clean pool more frequently with covid I did not swim a lot of traffic in pool area.. People did not wear mask on the elevator. Or in the lobby So if you are ok with that you will love the stay..my main complaint çlean elevator and hall more and if your going to have the pool open clean more frequently..

I liked the gentleman that checked us in he was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff were courteous and respectful and appeared to be happy in their jobs. The hotel was very clean, my room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the pool and the workout room overall an enjoyable experience
