Close to venues, good shower

The room was not clean, floor was not vacuumed.or mopped very dirty. Beds looked liked they weren't made or pillows cases or sheets changed so we clothed up and slept on top of bedding. Piece missing out of bed base so mattress sagged. Rail in front of basin broken etc We sent a request to change date didn't hear back but we showed up a day earlier anyway and got a room on the 04/06/2026 for the night left 05/06/2026. Took pics and videos of room as there were already damages/uncleanleness

The room was exceptional clean and the most comfortable beds and pillows that I have experienced in a while.
