We needed a room and an emergency and they accommodated us immediately

I like the promptness of our booking and the cleanliness in the room

Great service. Room was a great rate for a good, clean, comfortable room.

Mattress was a bit too hard.

Nothing.

The bath was dirty. The bed was broken. There was screaming, banging and loud music all night my baby kept waking up. We didn’t sleep.

Location only.

No staff on hand at registration. Had to wait 15 minutes outside on a cold night. Very dirty bathroom including mould. Absolutely would not shower. Television did not work. A service call to set up delivered poor viewing. Adjacent rooms were loud with aggressive tones. Just outside the door (which was not securely tight for cold air and sound) was an obviously impaired person who made threatening and aggressive comments to persons unseen.

Nothing.

NO soap No shampoo. Dirty floors dirty bathroom old matted pillows and Bugs. There were tiny bugs in the room that got in my phone. If that wasnt bad enough, uride drivers wont even accept a ride there at night time. Oh and a gun shot at about midnight, cops didnt even come. The room was nothing like the pictures advertised. Horrible experience ill never stay in a motel again. -100 stars. Do better booking.com this should be taken off advertisements its a safety issue and a liability.

I was really impressed with the newly renovated rooms.Their very clean and comfortable.The staff is very nice and this is a big improvement from the old management.They now have snacks and drinks for purchase. Would highly recommend it. It's definitely worth the value for the type of room and accommodation You're getting. I have stayed in a few different locations in the Sue and this one currently has the newest and most comfortable rooms i really liked the green apple scented shampoo,

It would be great if they could expand their food options to include some frozen items because the rooms have microwaves.
