The staff was great very helpful

There's always something south the rooms! On our last 3 stays we've had something wrong! This time the room door had to be pulled shut with a little effort the bathroom door drug on the floor had to be forced shut and everytime we went out we had to get new keys! We love the hotel but on our next monthly stay we may look elsewhere

Nothing. It was so dirty.

Absolutely filthy. The bathroom had dirt crusted in corners of bathroom and around toilet. Rug hadn't seen a vacuum in months.

I wasn’t allowed to check in just 45 minutes early, despite the room being ready. After traveling, that small accommodation would have made a big difference. Additionally, the pillows were not comfortable and seemed low in quality.

"Unclean and uncomfortable"

Accommodating front staff

Room moldy, water damage, very unclean bathroom tile, visible stains on chairs and bench, wallpaper stapled to walls where peeling, mirror dirty, dusty lamps, sheets on inside out, lobby smelled, and mattresses uncomfortable. I would never stay here again! It was $240 for the night, and I expected nicer conditions.

"Pleasant stay!"

We had a very pleasant stay! The room was clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the breakfast. More of a selection than at most other motels including some delicious cut up fruit. The next time we are traveling on Rt. 80 in PA. this Hampton Inn will be on list for another stay.

Wish they had walk in showers in the accessible rooms. But all the grabs bars were acceptable and very helpful and didn’t get in my way of taking a shower.
