"Great location, iconic but a few normal touches would improve stay."

Location was great. Noisy outside but very quiet in room. Staff very friendly and made excellent cappuccinos every morning. Incorporation of ancient walls made hotel one of a kind.

Room was in tower. Had steep and poorly lit stairs up to bedroom, so not for anyone with mobility issues or sleepwalks. Very funky that there were no hooks or racks to hang towels
