Os funcionários foram extremamente solícitos e hospitaleiros. O hotel é muito bem localizado, em frente a estação Ventas. O quarto é muito agradável, banheiro impecavelmente limpo.

Já sabia que não haveria frigobar, mas fica sugestão futura para o hotel.

La ubicación es un 10/10 porque queda muy cerca a la estación de metro "VENTAS", a la plaza de toros y a supermercados; lo que nos permitió a media noche poder comprar comida. La cama bastante cómoda y limpia, lo que hizo de nuestra estadía un lugar muy acogedor. Frente a la comida, buenas opciones para el desayuno aunque, me hubiera gustado ver más comidas ya que el balance entre panes y comidas (huevos o tortillas) eran bastante desigual. De resto, limpias las zonas y buena variedad de bebidas.

Fue algo incómodo el espacio del ascensor, seguramente puede ser algo que ya no se pueda cambiar pero sería bueno especificar que el tamaño es bastante estrecho y solo caben 2 personas si están con maletas.

La atención del personal fue maravillosa. La ubicación ayuda mucho, solo debes cruzar la calle para poder accesar al metro Las Ventas (línea roja). Cuentas con supermercados, farmacias y restaurantes de manera cercana. La zona de Salamanca es muy cercana, por lo que puedes caminar sin problema.

A pesar de que la habitación se limpiaba todos los días, había indicios de que no se ha hecho una limpieza a profundidad de las habitaciones y que existe una falta de mantenimiento de las habitaciones.
