"Nice stay"

Very clean throughout the entire establishment. Warm pool was enjoyed by our family. Breakfast is great and well stocked. There were warm and cold options and everyone in our family found something to eat. Our room was large and we were comfortable. General manager was friendly and definitely cares about the hotel.

The hotel itself was excellent. Clean and modern. Everything worked, lots of parking. Staff was excellent and accomodating. The area itself around the hotel....let's just say there isn't a lot to do in Sidney in January. No shopping to speak of, nowhere really to visit, no movie theatre, no local sports teams to go watch. Luckily, the hotel's internet works great, so streaming Netflix working fine.

The carpet in the room doesn't look like it's been vacuumed for over a week or more and it appeared to have a puke stain in the carpet which wasn't properly cleaned. 2 of the coffee packages were opened and stir sticks removed... Who's going to drink opened coffee.

Everything was great here. My room was clean and everything worked. Nothing looked dated or worn out. Plenty of parking, and sidewalks were clear of snow with icy patches sanded. Staff were all efficient and friendly. No complaints at all. Will stay here again if I find myself coming through Sidney again.

"We had a nice stay. We used it as a place to stay while we were at our daughter's for Thanksgiving."

Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable

The hot tub wasn't working. There were no pool towels available. The lamp shade in our room was damaged. ( i reported it!)
