Recently stayed at ITC Grand Hotel and honestly had a beautiful experience. From the moment I entered, the hospitality felt very warm and genuine. One of the bell team members noticed my baggage was full of old travel stickers and politely asked, “Sir, can I clean your bag for you?” Such a small gesture, but it really impressed me. He cleaned it so well and even added a baggage cleaning tag a very thoughtful touch by the hotel. The apartment-style room was amazing, very spacious and comfortable. Having a small kitchen inside the room was super helpful, especially because I needed to heat milk for my daughter during the stay. Food was excellent throughout, and my daughter absolutely enjoyed the gelato ice cream experience at the lobby level. Seeing her happy made the stay even more special for us. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great hospitality, thoughtful service, and lovely memories. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so comfortable. Definitely looking forward to visiting again.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, with attentive friendly staff. The facilities are excellent, opulent, and comprehensive. The staff like to go over and above even if not asked… person who served my room today (Debjani) for example produced a sculpture out of a towel in order to decorate the room. Unexpected, and such a sweet attention to detail.

"Ordinary, not VFM"

My first stay at this hotel. It is grand and modern. Overall a good stay. Experience at Peshawari was not the best though, food wasn’t great and was served cold, hospitality lukewarm. Breakfast too was not the bestest - or possibly I had it rushed as I was getting late. Overall, no complaints, but nothing exceptional either. Not a VFM proposition for me.
