Great breakfast. Good location, close to the seafront. Nothing was too much trouble. Whole property had a clean and fresh feel about it. Comfortable bed. Quiet at nights (even the very occasional trains were only just noticeable whilst awake in a quiet room with the windows on the latch, not heard at all when asleep)

At traditional B&B, proprietor vey nice and willing to please, good standards, although the on-suite bathroom was compact it was serviceable and clean. I will stay again 👍

Hans is an excellent host, delicious breakfast and comfortable room. Location is great as it is near the beach and town, train station and restaurants. I could not havebreakfast on the last morning so Hans gave me a packed breakfast to take away- really thoughtfully selected items and I enjoyed it. What more can I say apart from that i will definitely be back.
