"Exceptional"

We weren’t there very long. We were welcomed at about 10:30 in the evening and the person at the desk was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We had breakfast in the morning and left. We slept well. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and neat and had everything we needed

"Excellent"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfy. The sounds from the hallway and above were loud and disturbed our sleep. We arrived in late - in the dark and my aunt tripped on the unlit curb. She fell hard and injured her knee as well as broke her foot.

"Super staff"

The staff was spectacular! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean and basic. We have no complaints. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area

"Exceptional"

Is an 80 year old, senior travelling alone this location was perfect for me. I was treated with respect and a wonderful smile from everyone. I have my four-legged friend with me and he to enjoy this day and was treated very kindly by everyone. The room was lovely to bed very comfortable not a single complaint from me.

"Nice room, but bad breakfast experience."

Breakfast was substandard. No waffle mix. No buiscuits (plenty of gravy). Watery orange juice. Eggs ran out before end of breakfast period. Probably one of the weakest breakfast options I have seen in many years.

Trash overflowing. Not enough food. Only one employee to try to handle front desk and breakfast areA.

"Needs new mgmt!"

TRAVELED 6 hrs, arrived at 130, wanted to drop bags in room cuz headed to Harvey for a fam reunion and not back till 10pm! Unheard of to upcharge $25 between 1-3 when hotel was empty! Breakfast was empty before 8am! Front desk gal didn't do anything! No coffee, never empty gabage, didn't replace any food!! Can't believe you charge for a safe and have to ask to get credit! Never go back! Poor mgmt and service!! Noplace open in town to even have breakfast on a Sunday!!
