The standard of the property was excellent, although our rooms lack of view a little disappointing, however the view at the front was lovely and property was top notch

Massive and refurbished and all the amenities you require.

TVs could be bigger? And mattresses not very comfortable

We had the whole property and it was done to a very high standard. The layout suited us 13 people staying here. Access to the gardens and estuary where very easy. The hot tub was used extensively. The kitchen worked very well and was in constant use. The outlook and views were perfect.

Only real issue was saucepans when cooking the roast dinners 🍽 for 13, but Suzy quickly provided extras when needed.

Modern, clean, well equipped, beautiful view, lovely garden, nice places to visit nearby (Salcombe, Dartmouth etc.), comfy beds, 2 ovens, can kayak from right near the house, lots of bathrooms, all great!

A great choice on offer for breakfast, and great location for many good walks.
