Well designed for visitors, easy access to bedroom and dining room, outside seating for making the most of the stunning views

The property was perfect and adequate parking for guests

A beautiful property, run by a very friendly couple. Would highly recommend.

Location, excellent home produced food, high quality and tasteful fixtures and fittings.

We paid £160 per night thinking we had a 'room with a view' i wasnt aware that the room we booked didnt have the view of the estuary 😒 we were at the front of the house opposite the busy road that took you to Dartmouth and guests parked infront of your room windows and where guests walked past your room for access to the garden - our curtains needed to be drawn at all times for privacy. To top it all the bathroom didnt have a blind!!!! Guests would often be talking outside the bathroom window when you needed privacy! When mentioned the reply was 'i dont know what I can do about that' A lot of money for a room without a view but a good view of you.

Make the advert clear that this room HASNT got a view and is on a busy road and the bathroom hasnt a blind or much privacy - far too much money for what you get
