Gallen-treath Guest House

Very kind and helpful owners made us feel at home lots of useful resources available ie guide books of the area . Nothing was too much trouble . We would definitely like to return.

Awesome place to feel the tranquillity of the area. Very close to town. Good for walks. Very friendly staff.

Remote location, very outdated furnitures with strong old carpet smell. Breakfast was good and the female host was friendly. very crammed room though for overall stay. This was the last option available in the entire cornwall when we booked and i can see why.

Not easy to find but worth the effort. Pleasant guest house with welcoming owners. Clean & tidy, ideal for a quiet overnight rest whilst enjoying the Cornish coast path or a longer get away from it all break. Plan ahead regarding evening meals the local pub can get busy in the current covid situation.

This is a quirky friendly guest house in a beautiful location. Alicia and Clive make you feel welcome and the touch of Americana is fun. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was nice with a good choice.the attention to detail during this social distancing period was excellent making tou feel safe but not in isolation.

A very nice place tucked up in the woods and over looking a bay.Its unique with lots of little touches,most of the stuff collected over the years by Clive on his worldy travels.Clive and Alicia are great,hard working people who put the warmth care and attention to their guests. Will be back next year with the kid,kids said it was the best place we stayed,its people that make a place,so Clive and Alicia hats off to you :)

I had a lovely stay here. It's SO clean and the owners are absolutely lovely - they couldn't do enough. The absolute highlight was opening the curtains in the morning (after arriving late) and realising that I had a sea view.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Lovely views down to the cove. I recommend the marvellous full English breakfast

Lovely space to stay in a beautiful village. I was going to camp but glad I didn't.

The Fallen Treath House was fantastic. The owners are such a friendly and helpful couple. The property has lovely ocean views through a green valley. The family room we stayed in was clean and a good size. Breakfast was hot and made to order. The village was tiny with a great friendly pub. The beautiful cove in the village had lots of fun rocks for the kids to climb on. The only negative is how tiny the roads were to get to the village.
