Where do i start hotel smelt like a wet dog. Stairs a problem no notice before booking. Website photos old nothing what it looked like. Mould in bedroom no pillow protectors. Head board royal blue bedroom shity brown. One hand towel for bathing. Shower no hot water. plug in the sink didnt fit also no hot water. Bolied kettle to get a strip wash kettle didnt turn off concerning. Electrical sockets loose window view crap. Bed in wrong place of room layout. T.v had to register or sign in do no t.v. bathroom door broken no bed lamp bulbs so only befroom main light. Lamp shade very dusty. Broken glass in carpet frustraiting so cut my foot. I checked out so not sure what the breakfast would of been like a strong smell of eggs every now and again during the night. Best thing was the location.

Great location. Room was spotless and perfect for our stay.

The rooms were decorated well,TV was good and a breakfast what more do you want.

Central, cheap, reasonable price considering breakfast included.

Run down, very damp room overlooking rubbish filled yards. No lamp. Very loud other occupants coming home late all through the night/shouting. But somewhat expected for the price!

Ease of finding it, the pin pads instead of keys! Accommodated us at short notice too!

Breakfast lovely, all food hot.

Was noisy from other guess.... The cups was very dusty it had used bother wash paper on the top of the shower the breakfast wasn't up to the top.... I didn't even had brake fast the Sunday 😏😏😏😏😏the bath towels was stamped

The Hotel was positioned in it's location close to Coral Island, the tower, and shopping centre, although I noticed the area was very run down, and it was not very nice.

When we arrived to the hotel, the smell was very obvious as we walked through the door, it was stale smell, then I noticed the carpets were filthy. When we entered the room, appearance was not too bad, it was out dated but, not too bad however, on the side there was no tea, or coffee, there was water in the kettle, glasses looked mucky, and teaspoons, and it was disapointing as me and my husband had been traveling and fancied a cup of tea, before we headed out. I contacted the boss of the hotel and they did fetch some upto the room, but no apologies made. Then I enetered the bathroom, it was clear it had not been cleaned, there was marks all over the wall where the mirror was, I had to clean that, that is quite bad. Then we got in bed later the covers smelt musty, the sheet felt bitty and itchy. When we got up in the morning for breakfast, unfortunatley, the disapointment continued, the sausages were greasy and had black bits all over them, the bacon looked barely cooked, and the butter was something everyone had to use, also the milk was in a tea pot, and the coffee container looked filthy. I tried the breakfast as I was hungry, but did not eat it, and my children and husband did not eat it either. I am writing this honest review as for you as a hotel to improve, it saddened me as I love Blackpool and it just did not give a good experience, please take the advice to improve as with improvements this hotel could thrive, with a bit of money spent, a good cleaner, and better service.
