Bed ,was very uncomfortable .seagulls so nosey at the windows .room not a pleasant smell, .could not take a shower .mould all over the bottom of the shower .dirty shower floor inside .black bugs on the floor ,walls not finished breakfast wasnt nice food had ran out .when received all looked deep fried not clean area tables not cleaned

Good location breakfast was really nice

I didn’t like the room location and there was a bath next to our bed

The location was perfect . That's the only thing I could say about the place

The room smelt of damp dog there was dried blood on the inside of the bathroom the shower was filthy and the shower tray was broke . The breakfast was revolting I had long hair in my fried egg the hash brown was fried and full of grease and the bacon iv no idea how that had been cooked it had slimy remnants of something else on it. The toaster took about 15 minutes to cook 2 slices of toast the nastiest tasting butter that just tastes like youd dipped your bread in water . Not enough orange had been put out for guests I went to get some and all gone not refilled . All in all I wouldn't give any stars for the stay no staff to deal with anything bar the cook who looked stressed out his mind . Nothing positive on my stay at all !!

I prefered having a pin code to check in as with other hotels i have had to wait longer than check in time, codes were sent before check in (to be used at 2pm) Location is perfect a very short distance from coral island. Our room was perfect for us lots of space with on suite shower which was very spacious water temperate was spot on. Tv with netflix youtube and other apps with fully working internet. Breakfast was self catered which we also enjoyed. We had a great night sleep beds were soft my autistic son settled way faster than has in other hotels. My 7 year old didnt want to leave.. thankyou for a lovely stay

for the price including breckfast we couldnt fault it. Comfy beds, nice breakfast. Location and swift check in

Central Location Value for money

Was so close to everything bathroom really big, seen cleaning lady and chef both were lovely and welcoming Beds comfy

Bit paint here and there but we slept well, can't complain everything we needed was there thankyou we will be back

Location was good and handy for amenities and the price was amazing until you realised why (I was naive thinking the price was reduced / low as we were booking very last minute.) Beds were comfortable enough for the money and sheets were clean at least.

It was filthy - if it wasn’t so late at night for the kids or just a 1 night stay we’d have checked out and found somewhere else. Didn’t stay for breakfast as just wanted away and out of there as soon as possible in the morning.
