食事が豪華なバイキングで良かった。

お風呂と露天風呂が別の場所にあり着替えて行くのが面倒くさい 部屋が古く、エアコンがホコリがすごかった

スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても丁寧でとっても良かったです。 ただ施設自体の老朽化やバリヤフリーといった点では、もう少しどうにかならないか.....と思わざる負えませんでした。

friendly staffs and a great outdoor onsen - outside of hotel building walking toward like a forest or park, outdoor onsen very cosy at night or early morning, tourist center is walking distance nearby

limited carparks at carpark-1 beside hotel entrance may end up parking at carpark-2 or carpark-3 and need to walk up quite a steep staircase with dim lights, wish hotel install light sensors to auto turn-on

前台員工樂意幫忙代訂餐廳，所有員工非常有禮貌見到客人馬上鞠躬。房間非常寬敞整潔，但是浴室細了一些，室內、室外溫泉都舒服寬敞。
