Rizzan Sea Park Hotel Tancha Bay

Отель просто супер, обслуживание,персонал,питание! С аэропорта мы добрались на 120 автобусе,очень долго и много народу. Обратно в аэропорт на лимузин - бус, шикарно, оплатили проезд прямо в отеле( цена та же ,что и на 120 автобусе) ,отель очень красивый ,поражает количество орхидей везде! 9-10 этажи после ремонта! Все чистое,свежее!

Отливы моря после обеда,становится очень мелко, за огороженной территорией плавать не разрешают

We loved that it was right on the beach and the buffet breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel could definitely use a renovation as it looked very old. Also, most of the hot items were luke warm to cold every day. Finally, we feel like the beach closed too early, 6 pm, when the sun sets around 7:20 pm every night. Plus, there was a lot more beach, but we were restricted to their hotel area.

El desayuno muy variado y rico, la habitación grande y cómoda.

- Muy difícil encontrar personal que se pueda comunicar en inglés. - La playa era muy difícil de caminar. Demasiados caracoles rotos y piedras que lastimaban los pies. - No se me permitió practicar snorkeling por tener diabetes. La persona atendiendo sólo nos hablaba en japonés, lo cual dificultó la conversación, pero me dijeron que necesitaba un certificado de mi médico, a lo cual respondí que podía conseguir una versión digital o una foto. Lo rechazaron diciendo que el certificado debía ser emitido por un médico local. Es entendible que el hotel se quiera resguardar ante cualquier inconveniente, en ese caso podrían ofrecer a los visitantes que firmen un documento aceptando los riesgos. Esto no está aclarado en su sitio web.

Food was amazing. Also great beach right at the hotel. There is one Family Mart very close by, if you want to buy some snacks or cheaper meals. The hotel has some good shops on the first floor as well. Ideal to stay for 2-3 nights.

Was all in all great. Personally, I wished I had a room with Ocean view. Also the elevator always smells like food, I think its from the BBQ buffet downstairs.

Nice beach and very nice hotel room

The staff are not very hospitable. I wasn't really given much information about hotel amenities, where they are etc. This might have been due to me being American not Japanese though (in the sense that they didn't speak my language fluently, so might have felt uncomfortable when I used google translate to communicate). But when I lost my keycard, the woman at the front desk told me I’d have to wait until someone turned it in. Before that, she told me I’d have to ask all the amenities desks if anyone had turned in a card, so I ran around for 20 minutes doing that. Only got back into my room because a different woman who had checked me in stepped in. Horrible service at this place. Again, could be because I’m not Japanese
