Me encantó el tener a disposición infusiones, café y la recepción siempre cordiales y felices en general todo el personal.

Acepté cambiar el servicio de limpieza por un descuento en el desayuno. Antes de hacerlo, pregunté expresamente si esta decisión afectaría el cambio de toallas y me aseguraron que no. Sin embargo, mi sorpresa fue que, cuando solicité el cambio de toallas, me informaron que no sería posible. Me Cambiaron una vez pero al cambio de recepcionista siguiente día no me cambió. Las toallas tardan mucho en secarse y resulta muy desagradable tener que secarse con toallas húmedas. Considero que la información proporcionada inicialmente no fue correcta y que este aspecto afectó negativamente mi estancia.
