ランドリーサービスの説明が不十分で、無料と思って出したが返却時に高額な料金を請求された。 また、チェックアウト時に女性スタッフがベルを鳴らしても5分ほど出て来ず、悪びれる様子もなく洗濯代金を請求してきた。
