Only positive thing to be said is that the location is great. The property itself is shabby. The rooms need a lot of work. It’s a shame. This could have been a great place

The room is really nice and comfortable plus the space is huge. Didn’t like the process of remodeling of the building and in the room. The area of Polanco is great to go out and dining or have drinks around so chic and elegant

Al arribar me dijero que NO habia agua.... asi que me enviaron a un hotel de menor categoria..... con mucho ruido.... La excusa fue que NO habia agua.... aun con reservacion pagada...pagada
