Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft nicht weit von Sesriem entfernt. Freundlicher Service. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes Abendessen. Schöner Zentralbereich im afrikanischen Stil und Terrasse. Zimmer in Einzelhäusern mit Terrasse und Flachdach, auf welchem auch sitzen und ggf. bei Wunsch auch im Freien schlafen kann. Größtenteils mit Blick auf ein kleines Wasserloch, zu welchem Wildtiere aus der Umgebung kommen. Licht geht mit Bewegungsmelder an. Kleiner sauberer Pool. Keine Liegen, nur bequeme Stühle.
Der Koch Sven ist ein echtes Highlight. Er zaubert köstliche Kreationen aus bestem Fleisch kombiniert mit selbst angebautem Gemüse aus dem Gewächshaus. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich in der Agama Rover Lodge sehr gut aufgehoben. Solitaire ist in einer halben Stund erreichbar und Sossussvlei in 45 Minuten. Eine ideale Lage. Empfehlenswert.
Rundum spitze! Sven, Patricia und ihr Team sind unglaublich nett. Und Sven hat sogar extra für uns exzellentes vegetarisches Essen gezaubert! Jederzeit wieder!

The stay was good but there's no braai area or fridge in the chalet.
We had a very memorable stay at the lodge. It was very peaceful and the views were stunning. The food was an adventure each evening and the best we have had in Namibia. Great hosts and a great place.
The lodge was very pleasant... very good service and excellent diner! The view of the sky from the terrace was amazing! I cannot fault the place nor the people. Would recommend it to people travelling in the area
Well situated 45 minutes drive to Sossusvlei national park entrance (add another hour inside the pack to reach the dunes). Great food (loved the breakfast pack offered for early starts to the dunes). Friendly service. The rooms are huge, with a roof terrace for sunsets and a small pool to cool off after a long day.
