The staff were friendly and helpful

The drama in getting the booking made. The room was very basic for a superior room. The showerr was cold. Taps for the wash hand basin were partially damaged with top covers missing The bathroom light was an exposed light bulb near the shower area The bed was very uncomfortable with insufficient pillows The room was directly above the kitchen, so it was constantly noisy throughout the night while staff were preparing meals for the next day.

Staff is excellent They serve a very nice jamaican breakfast feast every morning! Rooms are big and spacious We hosted a function there..the food and service was excellent

The facility needs a good cleaning, sanitizing, and dusting! The fans in the banquet area were filthy! Tvs do not work! Technician came..waste of time.. He could not fix problem Chairs in lounge area needs to be replaced . Facility needs a little modernizing.

Rooms are overbooked, I was told the previous guest extended their stay and they forgot to block the unit. I had to seek accommodation elsewhere

Staff need to clean inside and out side of toilet bowls.moping the floors and using the mops to wipe around toilet bowls is not cleaning it.

That I had to clean the room when I arrived .it was not to my liking and I have pictures if management would like to see it.

Breakfast was awesome every time

Suitcase stand and or a chair in the rooms to make it more user friendly for adults

The room was clean and the staff very nice and friendly. The hotel is basic and charmless. The AC dripped and there was no safe. We didn't bring beach towels. They charged us a rental fee of $10/day plus a refundable per towel deposit of $15. The towels were just the regular bath towels. This seemed like an overreach for what is usually a standard amenity; almost a scam on foreigners.
