The breakfast was amazing as usual. I truly enjoyed everything about the property. Just wished the AC in one of the bedrooms in the two bedroom cottage was at a better location to optimally cool the room. The room felt extremely hot as a result.

The AC as mentioned before needs to be moved to a better location to facilitate cooling the room. It was great otherwise.

"Excellent"

The staff was great! Breakfast was included with our stay and you can ordered just about anything you want. No long wait for the food and everything was delicious. The hotel is close by local restaurants and the drive to Boston Beach is quick. We stayed two nights and no complaints.

The rooms were very clean and quiet comfortable te breakfast staff very attentive

Reception staff not very helpful, TV in the room not working, and WIFI was not working
