"Nice location,"

The room is spacious. The location is good, next to main street. Staff is friendly. When my rental car got flat tire, staff went with me to find a repair shop to fix it.

Check-in experience is very bad. The check-in staff over-charge my credit card, and she could not cancel it, I need to call my credit card to dispute the charge.

when i got there the power was out it was hot and traveling from the airport it was hot no backup generators so if i didn’t have my confirmation on my phone then what . The breakfast was the best overall.

"Lovely Quaint Property"

The breakfast was sooo good. I think that was the best part of the entire trip for me! When I tell you, I'd go back just for breakfast I mean it.

The card machine wasn't working. We wondered what fix would be given if we couldn't get any cash. But it worked out so I guess that can be overlooked.

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal as was the staff at the hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Perfect getaway for those wanting to stay close to downtown Port Antonio.
