シャワーのお湯出ず。朝浴びようと思ったら浴びれませんでした。 チェックアウトの際に、その旨を伝えて、なにかサービスできないのか？と聞いたらその場で何もできないと。返答され。。 とりあえず。上司から連絡してもらってと行ったのですが。 なにができるか以前に謝罪の電話もかかってこない。。 よくホテルをやってるなと思いました。

禁煙ルームを選択しましたが、案内された部屋は喫煙ルームでした。 受付の方曰く「WEBサイト側から喫煙で届いている」とのこと。口コミを見ると私だけではないようなので、対処しない姿勢も含めて低評価です。 なお悪かったのが、禁煙ルームに変更して案内された部屋が喫煙ルーム以上に臭かったこと。生乾きの洗濯物の匂いを濃縮したような、かなり不快な匂いでした。
