"Would most definitely stay again on the right side of the hotel nearest the bar."

We were bed only but received a complimentary meal on arrival as our plane was delayed and we arrived late at night with no other facilities open to purchase food. It may have been a mistake but you were so kind and happy to move on as a complimentary meal. Maybe this us a good way forward for future bed only quests.

Our plane was delayed and I would never have stayed if I’d have had to go to the opposite side of our rooms. They look older and I need of great repair. Please always put us in the right side of the building if you can x

Very noisy at night and early morning with the bin lorry

Just a bit noisy at night but expect that as central location. Early morning lorries and loudness of workers meant we were woken early.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lourdes.

The location, it's close from the cathédrale

We didn't have the room we booked for, one of the room didn't have AC despite our reservation. And the staff was unpleasant and did not help us find a solution
