"Trip to Fairfield, Iowa"

I wanted to get acquainted with southwestern part of Iowa and northern part of Missouri That's reason for me traveling to Fairfield, Iowa Hotel was very nice, quiet, nicely remodeled, beautiful clean rooms, staff was friendly and helpful. Area of hotel is safe with a low crime rate around. Beautiful hilly scenery of rural Iowa close by. Good place to stay for weekend traveling.

I was really disappointed to find out that the pool and spa weren't available during my stay. I paid the full price for a week-long visit and wish I had been informed about this in advance.

"Nice room"

Our room was very nice. The downside was that the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance and the ice machine did not work. It would have been nice if the staff would have been allowed to give a discount or at these some free drinks at the small pub.
