Best Time Inn Hotel - Car Rental

Nice but. The beds are at list 10 to 15 years old, no fridge, no ice anywhere, dogs barking alot. There are new owners and they are trying to fix up the place.

This hotel is in the heart of local Belizeans. I, myself like to get the real feel of a country wherever I go and this place definitely did that for me. The hostess/staff was so sweet and always smiling. They were extremely helpful if I needed something and always willing to offer advice and help get cabs. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt safe 100% of the time. Staying in Belize City there isn’t much to do but if I did stay in Belize city again I would definitely stay here again.

For a short quiet stay. Belize is to expensiv for the standart.

Clean (+1), hot shower (+1), AC (+1), WiFi (+1), safe (+1). Service was prompt and I had a place to park. What else do you really need in a quick stay hotel? I’d go there again!

The place was in an okay location. It's quite a walk to the nearest good place to eat. The entrance/lobby area smells moldy. The rooms are decent but needs good scrubbing/updating. And we were only provided a flat sheet for a blanket. I paid $131US for two nights - not sure if that's good or steep. Oh, it can get annoyingly noisy because of the neighbors' dogs barking all night.

Staff was friendly. Shower large and comfortable. Bed was very good. Continental tasty. Downside was one towel and one pillowcase were dirty and nothing to sit on but bed.

Bed was uncomfortable and floors were dirty in corners.

The room is not fancy but clean and comfort, I stayed in the last room of the 1st floor, the neighbor were playing music all day til 11 at night .

This is a nice friendly hotel for those who want a place to stay as a base for visiting Belize City and going on trips to explore the northern end of Belize. It's not the place to be if you want to lounge around sunning yourself by a pool with a bar next to it - there are other hotels in the city (much more expensive) that provide that service. The rooms are simple and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The only food available is a simple 'continental breakfast' - cereals, fruit, bread, jam, cheese, but that was fine for me as a starter to the day. For lunch and evening meal I was elsewhere (the Riverside Tavern only a few minutes walk away is an excellent place to go). The location seemed at first experience to be in the back end of town but after exploring over a few days I realised that most of the city is like that.
