Todo bien, el personal súper amable y mi estadía fue un 10, además nos dieron una botella de cava por el cumpleaños de mi esposa!

La única pega que pondría es que el TV de la habitación no era smartv y solo se podía ver TV local, del resto habitación sido una buena experiencia

Las vistas desde recepción,comedor,bares y piscinas. Lo único que podían hacer un acceso desde la piscina a la playa,sin tener que salir y entrar por recepción. Pero hemos estado super agusto. Fenomenal

"Отель для семей кто любит бассейн и просто лежать ."

Замечательный персонал ! Вы сделали наш отдых замечательным ,хотя сначала мы очень разочаровались .В ресторане -много персонала,все быстро ,чисто .Детская анимация-на высоте! Мой ребенок уезжал со слезами .Доя меня это большой показатель.

Очень маленький отель в плане территории .выхода из отеля два : выход и на бассейн и больше нет территории .доя меня это самое плохое. Нет выхода к морю -но со временем нам даже понравился этот каменистый фантастический пляж на котором много крабов,рыб и всякой живности .

"Didn’t like it at all"

Rooms were spacious

So many things. This is not 4 star hotel. Food is terrible. Anything you want to ask you need to take it. They don’t bring it to you. No hospitality at all. Very dirty place. Outdated. Taking deposits for every single thing instead of paying for everything at the checkout like any normal hotel

"Not the best stay."

The view from our room was great, opted for a sea view room.

The quality of the food and drinks was very poor. One evening I had chicken stir fry that was pink in the middle still. My partner had bad stomach cramps most of the time we were there. Once we left salou, he didn't experience these issues. There was an issue on the Wednesday with sick in the pool and the SOS staff didn't do anything to clean it up and disappeared.
