The Spa is very good and full of nice tools

Sometimes the spa was not so clean, we found two times a used napkin in the Turkish bath and a piece of bitten apple close to the sofa

Very comfortable bed and clean room.

There was no follow-through on a spa request despite there being an online booking option available. When I asked about it because I’ve never experienced being completely ignored after being offered a time, I was laughed at. Additionally, it was very difficult to make arrangements to pay as I needed to leave before the desk opened. I was just repeatedly told the desk doesn’t open until 730. I’m not sure if this had anything to do with being a solo traveler, a cultural misunderstanding, or just bad manners.

Amazing hotel, great amenities and food/drinks, friendly staff, and the perfect location to explore the region.

It was super hot the week we were there and there was no AC in the room so it was very hot, even with the balcony door open all night (and the outside temperature being cool) which made sleeping difficult. I would absolutely still recommend this hotel.

the shower it is too small, and will be nice if they have an electric hot water pot for a tea or coffee

The location is great, the hotel, staff and room were wonderful. The food was exceptional.

The only suggestion is to keep the pool open later in the evening. We were out during the day exploring the Dolomites and by the time we finished our marvelous dinner the pool was closed. Would have liked to gone for a swim after dinner.

Staff are friendly. We were able to find almost everything we needed. The view from the outdoor poor is amazing and the indoor spa area is well equipped. Quality of meals from the kitchen is way beyond our expectations. Best breakfast I've ever had and dinner was good too.

No A/C. No free minibar.
