Anna Maria - Vanessa Apartments

Dimitris is a very good host that responded to all our questions. The building and the apartment were extremely clean. We enjoyed the view to the sea and the port from the balcony. One of the most picturesque beaches on the island - Hovolo, is just 400 m away.

The accommodation was very well located, right next to the harbour, with an excellent outlook. It was clean and comfortable, the host, Dimitris was very attentive. There were several tavernas in the vicinity, and also a couple of supermarkets and a bakery.

The location was great, Dimitris went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable after our flight was cancelled and we arrived two days late.

Having more than two knife, fork spoons

The location is perfect - in front of the harbor, in the center of Neo Klima, next to supermarket, taverns and 3 beaches. We especially loved the Hovolo beach, maybe the most beautiful beach on the island, if you like deserted beaches. The host is amazing: Dimitris is a very hard working man, reliable, always available, ready to help and concerned about his guests' well being. He helped us with the transfer from the ferry to the hotel, with renting a car (the car rental office is at the hotel), with recommendations for anything we needed. The design is tasteful, bright and just enough. The room amenities are also thought through - there was nothing we needed and didn't have. The economy room is compact, but efficiently organized. If we were to come back in Skopelos, we would definitely stay here again.

Mr Dimitri is a true gentleman, whom cares about your stay and wants you to experience the best from your stay at his apartments. The apartments are very nice and probably have the best views/position around. A few nice restaurants/bakery and bar all within view. You can even hire a car on the premises, the central location means your only 35/40 mins from either end of the island. If you take the water taxi it will drop you off right outside of the apartment, although the high speed boat (flying dolphin) is a fraction of the price and only takes 15mins dropping you 10mins away by car. I would recommend hiring a vehicle as thier is a special restaurant and beach on the island which are a must and not far away 20min.

Although self catering we were told not to cook fish , new oven but didn't work blew the electrics .

A nice accomodation right at the marina of Neo Klima. We only stayed for one night, but the room was very nice and had a great view. Also Dimitrios was the nicest person and helped us a lot with everything!
