Anna Maria - Vanessa Apartments

The location of the apartaments is great, right in front of the port, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and the beds are very confortable, though not as wide as advertised, but in the end we did not have a problem with that. Mr Dimitris is very nice, he is a great host! He tries to provide you everything you need and he always searches the best solution for your requests. We had a great time at Anna Maria - Vanessa Apartments and highly recommended it if you are in Skopelos.

The location was perfect for us. An oasis amidst the madness of peak tourist season. Note, we were happier to be in a quieter part of the island. Neo Klima is close enough to the Chapel of St John and Kastani beach but if you want more action you may want to stay in the Skopelos Town itself. Driving around this island involves many winding mountain passes. The accommodation is comfortable with a fabulous view of the mariner. This little village gives you an authentic Greek experience. Lovely restaurants, an amazing bakery. Peaceful beaches within walking distance from the Apartment. Dimitri runs a tight ship and together with his family, they are the perfect hosts. So welcoming, helpful and accommodating. I certainly hope to visit again!

Mr. Dimitri was extremely professional, attentive, and accommodating! He was always available to answer our questions and guide us in the right direction. The apartments are in a wonderful location in Neo Klima (near beaches, supermarket, tavernas, and bakery), and we had an amazing room with a full view of the ocean and marina. We did have to rent a car for a couple of days to see the big Skopelos Town (on the other side of the island) and to visit some of the other beaches sights on the island. Overall, we loved our stay at Anna Maria Vanessa, and thank you for everything!

We really apprecieted the position of the pension (the best in Neo Klima especially if ou have the view to the tiny port). Dimitrios and his daughter Anna Maria answered to all our questions about the city and the nices beaches (particularly the two little and cute beaches near the pension and Kastani Beach) and about towns arround (Glossa and Skopelos). Great experience, we all really recommand it !

The location was perfect. The beach was excellent with crystal water, lots of taverns with good food and friendly people...

Feine, saubere Unterkunft mit direktem Blick auf den netten Hafen, sehr bemühter Vermieter. Etwas laut, weil man direkt an der Uferpromenade wohnt.

L'accueil de Dimitri est excellent et son etablissement est particulierement bien place, proche du port, des plages et des commerces , tout en etant tres au calme.

We stayed in one of the two top floor apartments, the one with the very large outside terrace. This was equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. We asked if it was possible to have towels for the sunbeds and these were provided. The terrace is shaded and has a beautiful view of the sea and harbour. Apartment is newly fitted and everything very clean. Maid came in each day to clean, make the bed, empty bins etc. Sheets were changed every other day. Kitchen area was great for preparing breakfast and snacks, but if you actually wanted to cook a full meal you might need a little more equipment. Good size fridge with small freezer. Bed was king size and comfortable. Bathroom with shower cubicle. Air con worked very well and was quiet. Top floor apartments are accessed from the floor below by an outside open staircase which wasn't a problem for us but might be for someone elderly or young children. A little bit awkward to get luggage up and down. The village itself has a few good restaurants, a bakery, a couple supermarkets, beach bar and ATM. Two gravel beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas are either side of the harbour, just a few minutes walk. There are a few buses a day going along the coast to various beaches, Skopelos town and Glossa. Domitrios is very helpful and arranged taxis for us on arrival and departure. He can also arrange car hire if required. Really enjoyed our stay, the only thing that would have made it even better was some comfortable mattresses for the sunbeds!
