Weena House

Breakfast was good. The owner is very friendly and very willing to help. Lovely lady. She made the stay acceptable. We did not read the description of what we were getting. I thought that we had booked a hotel but this was bed and breakfast. No bathroom en suite. Bedroom very small

The location of Weena House is perfect, it is only a few minutes walk from Centraal Station. We received a big portion of breakfast with coffee, so the breakfast was perfect. Tatjana is a nice lady, she helps with pleasure. This place is perfect for a 1 night stay :).

I had some difficulties with the communication as the host did not reply to me however I had been trying to reach her for a couple of weeks. It made me a bit worried as I feel comfortable when I know I can reach the host in case of any questions. As mentioned the property is perfect for a short term stay, however I would not recommend it for a longer term. There is 1 bathroom for 4 rooms, the walls are very thin, so you will hear when someone goes out to the toilet from the other room. Because 8 people use these common spaces, it is not very clean, which also made me feel a bit inconvenient.

It is a larger apartment on two levels, the operator lives downstairs and rooms are available for rent upstairs. She tries to get it right. It is close to the center and from the train station.

The sanitary facilities are for all guests and not per room, the other guests do not take others into account. It is quite expensive for what is offered. It's more of an RB&B

The location maybe

The old woman made us really uncomfortable. The bathroom was shared and not private as the booking said, is one bathroom for the whole house, the experience was really weird. Maybe this is perfect for backpackers that like to talk a Lot with people, but for normal travelers is really uncomfortable. We just wanted a place to Stay the night, not make friends with the host or even worst listening to her racist and xenophobic stories. In one Moment she even got into our room without knocking the door just to ask something about breakfast! Wtf.

Excellent location, very close to the central station, clean room and very helpful and welcoming host. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Didn’t see the place, git a room in the hotel next door. Nice enough to arrange, since over booked.
