Great hotel x food, big portions but delicious, clean room. Close tovstation for train into Belfast.

Carpark really busy as there is alot of functions and birthdays, so be early to get parked.

"Noisy, but good breakfast. Might have been quiet in the rear bedrooms"

Good breakfast, good parking

Very noisy. The dinning room was full with locals and kids running around, very noisy. The room was was next to the kitchen extractor which was very loud till 23:0” but there was also a running fan sound all night. Bed was not comfortable.

"Rude Bar staff"

I called in with a friend on a lovely summer day for a nice cool pint. The barman was so unfriendly and then was so rude I asked to speak to the manager. This was the quickest I see him move and he ran off in search for the manager and left the bar totally unattended. I waited a while and no one came back so we left and went to Bob Stewarts where the service was second to none. Myself and friend will never be in the Beechlawn ever again.
