Excellent guy working at the reception desk.. he helped me with parking and ordering myself and my daughter a taxi etc. Hotel was very quiet so we had a great sleep.. breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious

Very friendly welcome, room was spotless, the Hotel generally would benefit from some modernisation, its in a superb location to enjoy Belfast from. Breakfast was delicious, and suited me perfectly for my onward journey.

"Brilliant food,staff and atmosphere"

We were a group of 11 including a toddler. The food was exceptional and huge helpings. Everyone cleared their plates. One member of staff,a lovely lady( i didnt get her name) was so friendly and brilliant with our little boy,giving him crayons and colouring pages and she came over several times to talk to him. We had an amazing evening.thank you

"Unfortunately great staff and be a nice little hotel without the very loud music."

Staff were so lovely, lady at reception was excellent and waiting staff.

The music at night was so loud, myself and my daughter could not sleep until after midnight. I wish I knew they would have live music I would. It of stay will my 9 year old. The staff were lovely and understood my upset but only so much they could do.
