"Superb"

Nice and well equipped apartment. Amazing view : Rome at your Handheld. Breakfast was very good.

A little bit difficult to find. Steep parking. Not so convenient. Shower is a little small Beside this, everything was perfect.

"Perfect location for us , as the CITY life is not great for us ."

Breakfast was superb every morning. The owners made time to chat about local restaurants , villages and alternative places to visit like FRASCATI and TIVOLI. There were 2 Agriturismo restaurants close by , but our favourite restaurant was in the main square of CAPRANICA, 8 kms away, but truly Italian in style and unexpected

unfortunately the owners can't control the weather , but the apartment was well equipped to have a buffet lunch

Très bon accueil. Juste un petit différent la propriétaire ne connaissait pas hôtel.com et les conditions ne sont pas les mêmes avec Expedia.(le petit dejeuner n'était pas prévu) Mais en compensation la propriétaire avait des petites intentions : gâteaux offerts .

From the moment we arrived in the pouring rain, we were made to feel welcome. Pino and Paola were the most gracious hosts leaving freshley baked treats in our room daily. Everything was spotless and the apartment was equiped with all that we needed plus more. Spectacular view over Rome. One of our best stays in Italy and one we will never forget. Exceptional value for money.

very charming with beautiful views, quiet. a perfect place to enjoy meeting up with our family. within easy reach of Tivoli and also Rome using rail from Zagarolo station. owners were very friendly and helpful. car is essential

very difficult to find on the night of our arrival.

I liked the view, the way how the house and the whole complex is made and restaurated, the way how also the interior is set up. I liked the cats and the dogs and all the small animals in the garden. I liked also the garden with olive trees and many other medicinal herbs.
