"Запросити документ підтверджуючий категорію 5 зірок, якщо не буде надано заблокувати цей готель на букінгу, щоб не вводи"

Нічого не сподобалося бо вони шахраї, а саме нам в телефонній розмові сказали що в них є 5 зірок, потім при заселенні адміністратор підтвердив що у готелі є 5 зірок. Але в самому готелі, крім номерів і ресторану на 5 зірок немає ніяких додаткових послуг і сервіс відповідає максимум 3 зіркам. Мало того ми з подружкою є Учасниками бойових дій і вони відмовилися робити нам знижку. На нашу вимогу надати якийсь документ підтверджуючий наявність 5 зірок відмовилися.
