Please note that in order to be refunded, the taxi bill has to include the point of departure (Innsbruck Main Train Station or Innsbruck Airport). Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays, therefore warm food options will only be available Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 - 14:00 and from 18:00 - 21:00. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great."

Rooms had character, comfortable and tidy. Staff were lovely, and very helpful as we were preparing for a wedding. Free parking on site.

"Heel erg naar ons zin gehad, met heel vriendelijk personeel en op een centraal gelegen locatie."

Alles vanaf het inchecken tot het uitchecken. We kregen de innsbruck welkomskaart waarmee je kortingen kreeg op bijv. de Nordkette baan. En gratis gebruik kon maken van het OV.

Het waren warme dagen. Hierdoor was de kamer erg warm, er was een ventilator aanwezig, maar dit koelde niet genoeg. Airconditioning in de kamers zou een serieuze vooruitgang zijn.

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig für jeden was dabei. Zimmer und Sanitäre Anlage sauber.Personal sehr freundlich

Das Fenster konnte man in der Nacht nicht offen lassen wegen Straßenbahnlärm und Verkehr.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer.

Das Badezimmerradio ging immer wieder von alleine an. Wir haben den Ton dann ausgestellt, um das Problem zu umgehen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt nan kann mit dem Zug oder Straßenbahn fahren.

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer und das der Balkon nicht abgeteilt ist.
