"Great place to Stay in Arequipa."

The hotel was clean, functional, and the staff was helpful and very polite. The location was a few blocks from the trendy restaurant and shopping district of Calle San Francisco. Taxi service was reasonably priced and arranged at moment’s notice with reliable and secure drivers. The room was comfortable with A/C, nice cable TV, and a nice bathroom. I will definitely stay again upon my return to Arequipa

"Exceptional"

Everything was clean and well put together. Great area in the beautiful city of Arequipa. Breakfast could be better but at least it is included.

"Need more staff . Check in was slow and embarrassi"

At check in no one was expecting us young girl tried her best but had no record of our booking had to show email confirmation on I pad. Credit card machine wouldn't work ... Had to transfer details to there email to print out .. Not very pleasant after 10 hr bus trip .... As it was 11 pm .. Breakfast one morning turned up at 7.30am ...opened at 7.am no waiter only chef cooking and waiting on tables .very little food most people just got up and left as there were about 8 people in dining room . Bad management

"Nice cozy hotel in Arequipa"

We had a nice stay at qp hotels. It was very close to the town center and restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was cozy and had a big screen tv with loads of channels. I would stay there again if back in Arequipa

"Good hotel, close to many things and friendly"

For the price, I really liked this hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated, very modern. Good TV set. Nice views. The only small disadvantage is that it is a couple hundred meters away from the main streets, so if you walk back to the hotel late evening it is a little solitaire. However it still seems to be safe enough. Great breakfast. They squiz the oranges for you and make the eggs. Very close to Santa Catalina, restaurants and fun. I liked so much I would return.

"THE place to stay in Arequipa,"

Extremely helpful staff. When we wanted something, it was there in a jiffy.We had to make several long distance telephone calls and the staff went beyond in facilitating those calls. The location near great restaurants, shops, and the central square was very convenient and made us feel very secure.
