Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. There was no internet service. There was no electricity in some rooms and the elevator did not work. Several people complained in the administration. There are only 2 people to attend to all the people staying.

"Quiet and Comfortable Hotel in Arequipa"

While visiting Arequipa and Colca Canyon we stayed at QP Hotels for 3 nights. This hotel is located off of a quiet street by the Plaza de Armas. The building has colonial architecture and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free and was served in a beautiful restaurant on the Hotel Property. The kitchen staff was wonderful and guided us on the available options, including pancakes, waffles and other foods. The hotel has a beautiful terrace that has furniture for relaxing with a nice view of the city. The best part of the stay was the quiet room and especially the beds with down pillows and comforter. That was the most comfortable bed we slept on in Peru. Before we traveled to Colca Canyon the staff stored our luggage without charge . Overall, the hotel was an amazing value!

"2nights in Arequipa "

This beautiful boutique hotel is both modern and old. Very near to the main square and attractions. The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable with nice crisp white linen. Our only criticism was our room was quite small but the excellent service and attention made up for this. A lovely place to stay
