So all the negative reviews scared me, haha. But my experience really wasn't that bad. The front desk staff was nice. They even had really cheap drinks and snacks behind the counter. Our room was on the second floor. It was definitely a small room. But it was clean. No bugs or anything from what I could tell. Only 17 minutes away from the Expo Center. Cheapest place to stay around, that's for sure. There was a working microwave and fridge. Our fridge had a very good freezer too. It was actually a pretty quiet stay considering it's on a busy street.

This isn't a 5 star motel for a reason. Is it worth the money? Definitely. But it's pretty run down, too. Parking is very small but doable and free. The rooms are small. There was a closet area but no hangers. A double bed room was cheaper then a king bed room so we got the two beds. And the one bed was extremely close to the bathroom making it a bit of a hassle to get in there. Definitely a pretty bare bones room, not offering much. But there was soap and toilet paper. The towels were pretty rough but there was at least 2. The bathtub didn't have a stopper to take a bath. And underneath there was some black bath mold but not too noticeable and they did clean the bathroom pretty well.

The first time we stayed everything was perfect, bed was comfortable and TV and refrigerator worked fine. The 2nd time we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the TV, the bed wasn't as comfortable and it made a lot of noise lol but overall our stay was good.

We reserved double room months in advance for a tournament we were attending. we got called hours before check in and was told if we weren't there by 4 pm, we would lose the room. Then informed they only had 1 room left with a king bed. That is not what we booked and not what we wanted! We were 2 adult male friends and wanted and booked 2 beds! With only couple hours notice, we had no time to make alternate plans.
