Amazing stay.

Most of the appeal of this hotel is the location. It’s in the heart of Provincetown activity. The nightlife noises will be audible, but do settle down after a time. The noise didn’t bother me, but it might some. We stayed in one of the state rooms, for reference. The hotel was tastefully done with plenty of thoughtful details. The bathroom floor, however, was sticky and it smelled slightly moldy around the sink - probably to be expected in a higher humidity area near the coast as it is. The sink was slow draining, but the shower was nice and hose attachment even better. It was pleasant enough for our short stay, but a mix of older and newer appliances with the expected pros and cons therein.

The atmosphere was casual and friendly and the beds were super comfy!

Good location for the town. Property was ok, it’s not the best. Pretty low grade for the price to be honest.

Poor facilities, rooms very basic and not very clean. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Very, very basic room. No food available, no breakfast offered, generally not great . Although a paying guest they wanted to charge me $50 dollars to park with no guarantee of assigned parking spot if I decided to go out for a drive . Generally very poor service all round. Wouldn’t stay again.

Really well located in the centre of Provincetown, 5 mins walk from the ferry. Brilliant price, very clean, very calm setting. Excellent bed, coffeemaker, and all mod cons including a terrific air-conditioner.

The key to the door (room 202) was tricky to use, had to jiggle it a lot to open the door. The bath/shower changer seemed to be broken and didn't let me use the shower. The rooms are not soundproofed - I heard all the arguments on my floor.

Good location; central to dining and shopping, etc. I can't comment on the restaurant or bar, since they were not open during my stay.

The room was basic. It lacked a refrigerator. Didn't like the sink location in the main room, versus in the bathroom. There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower.

We had suite 301. Much nicer than we would expect. Perfect location, in the middle of the action, but far enough to be quiet at night

Great location downtown where you can walk to everything! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was nice and hot and had good pressure. Check in and out was all done online .

The first night we left a window open and it was pretty noisy outside when the late night bars closed. The room was deffinitly clean, but the sheets had a few stains on them.
