The mattresses were comfortable enough that after a 5 day stay ( mostly in bed because of knee surgery), my back didn't hurt.

The shower was severely cramped for a handicapped person. I called the frt desk everyday about the a/c not working, they would send me a young man, No English.. trying to communicate with me over an app on his phone. Told me everyday that he got it working, my daughter's room was the same with the a/c . 5 days of sweating and having to leave the doors open, against the safety latch to get some cool air in the rooms. Only to have the manager on Monday morning tell my daughter, that they couldn't have been fixing it. Because the a/c was turned off for the season , even though the ambient temp was in the 60's during the day, and high 40's at night.

One person of the entire staff was actually helpful. The location was convenient.

We booked two rooms, one handicapped room since my father was having knee surgery. The rooms were filthy, I ended up cleaning them minus the windows. The curtains and windowsills are disgusting. The window was broken, the AC didnt work so we were sweating all night. It was so hot in the rooms that we left our doors cracked majority of the night. I went to the office several times for this issue. The mattresses have completely given out. The floor in the handicap room was sticky. I had to ask several times for our rooms to be cleaned, I ended up disinfecting everything and emptying the trash myself. Im extremely disappointed and feel like I way overpaid for this trip.

The bed was little squeaky
