staff were great, food was great. poulo the night porter great chap .breckfast staff could not do anought for you

was not sure how the tipping works we tiped the bar/resturent/room service when came to pay the bill they asked about tip a bit uncomfortable did not do it because already did

Een prachtig hotel op een uitstekende locatie, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het treinstation (je bent binnen 10 minuten in Verona). De kamers worden dagelijks grondig schoongemaakt en bij de receptie is het personeel altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, iets waar zelfs een 5-sterrenhotel zich niet voor zou schamen. De mogelijkheid om gratis fietsen te gebruiken raad ik zeker aan, zodat je de stad en de omgeving nog beter kunt verkennen. Fietsen langs het meer is een prachtige ervaring.

Every time I'm in Peschiera-del-Garda trying first to book this hotel. I love the staff, professional and friendly, excellent location especially if windows out of road ' - calm and beautiful
