Não gostei que eu reservei o hotel em novembro de 2025, preparado para pagar a estadia naquela data, mas fiquei sabendo meses depois, quando achava que já tinha pago, que o pagamento era feito na hora, o que prejudicou minha organização financeira

Impressão geral: Achei tudo excelente — ficamos positivamente surpreendidos. Hospedagem e estacionamento: Quase não me hospedei por causa de avaliações que reclamavam do estacionamento. Há duas opções: Estacionamento coberto (pago à parte) — recomendo se preferir mais conforto. Estacionamento descoberto (incluso na minha diária) — tem algumas pedrinhas, o que pode incomodar algumas pessoas; nesse caso, vale a pena pagar a diferença e optar pelo coberto. Estrutura e serviços: O hotel é ótimo. Café da manhã: um verdadeiro banquete — havia até espumante, além de crepes e tapiocas preparados na hora. Atendimento: fomos muito bem atendidos. Como era aniversário da minha esposa, não conseguimos upgrade porque o hotel estava lotado, mas ela recebeu desconto na massagem, o que a deixou muito feliz. Agradecimento especial à Marlene (massagem). Tb recebemos um welcome drink Bar: tomamos ótimos drinks com o barman (careca do bar) — que Deus o abençoe. Conclusão: Recomendo o hotel; a experiência foi muito positiva e vale a pena, principalmente pelo café da manhã e pelo atendimento.

Acho que um hotel assim mereceria uma sauna seca. Havia muitas pessoas na hidromassagem 😒
