The seasonal pool will be open from July 01 to August 31. One child 1 year old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

改装直後の宿泊でしたので清潔で綺麗でした。逆に床のシミが気になりました。 バイキングブフェでしたが大浴場とともに合格点はあげれます。

a very nice hotel near the beach area of shirahama. we both enjoy the japanese room and nice view in surrounding area. the onsen inside the hotels are perfect and the entertainment floor is very interesting!

"Amazing ocean view, but not very clean! "

Stayed here for one night. Our room was the western style with an ocean view. The view was amazing. The inside of the room seemed a little outdated though; and there was a strong smell to it. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t stay here again. It could just be my room though. And during my breakfast, I witnessed, with my own eyes, a staff member picked up an orange colored dessert item that had fallen off a serving plate, off the counter, AND PUT IT BACK ON THE SERVING PLATE! Unbelievable!

"A nice experience at Umeda-spa Hotel"

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It's outdoor hot spring bathtubs are well located, facing the sea. The room is really spacious and with good sea view.
