"A treasure of a place"

The rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely. The hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The location was perfect, a 1 minute walk to the front, a 5 minute walk to the Embassy Theatre, 10 minutes to the Hildreds shopping centre and a 15 minutes walk to where our son lives. There is also a downstairs lounge that you can chill out in with a TV, sofas, dart board and table football. Brilliant place to stay. Will we go back? Absolutely.

Not a complaint, but the bad was a little hard for us, due to health problems. They are a high quality semi orthopedic beds. Most people find them extremely comfortable.

Well located to the sea front and amenities. The breakfasts were amazing and food was hot. Roger and Sarah are lovely people and we had a wonderful enjoyable time.

We loved how open and spacious the b&b is! It was an excellent stay honestly i wish I booked mor days!!☺️ Rodger and Sarah was amazing they accommodated us appropriately and exceptionally! The bedroom and bathroom was spotless the bed was comfortable and very clean! Shower was awesome! Breakfast was absolutely amazing !

The hosts are two of the nicest people we have ever met. They are attentive to every detail of your visit. This establishment is just a stones throw from Skegness Town centre, the Pier and The Seal Sanctuary. If you are lucky enough to visit while the season is quiet then off road parking can be available. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with everything the three of us needed. Breakfast served promptly each morning started the day off perfectly and oh my gosh was that breakfast cooked to perfection. Yummy yummy. Oh and fresh perculated coffee. Warmed us up for the day ahead. If we are ever up this beautiful area again we would not hesitate to stay here again as it ticked all this boxes. Thank you to you both 😊👍
