"Overnight stay to be recommended "

Single room for overnight stay was very clean and fresh looking. The only thing that wasn't quite right was the blind at the window which was broken and didn't pull completely down. Excellent ensuite facility.

"Don't trust Hotels.com twin status!"

Hotels.com advertise the double rooms as double rooms and the twin rooms as double/twin. Since i needed a twin i booked the double/twin room only to find that i had been allocated a double room. There was nothing the the management would do. Not funny after a long days walk.

One of the bedrooms was cold and we couldn’t be moved. The beds were not made and no clean towels or coffee / milk restocked.

My third stay here now. Always such a welcoming stay. All the staff acknowledge you and are all tending to your needs. I decided to stay an extra night this time & it was no trouble at all. Would recomend this inn & I have made the land lady aware of my next planned stay.
