Big bed, good location, hot breakfast. Hot shower. The dog is allowed to come with us.

Just me but the bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows need replacing. But saying that I do love my own bed and pillow.

Location was decent and staff friendly

Feel bad saying it because they were so nice but property was very tired and in need of tlc…. We ended up leaving early and staying elsewhere...

Location , big sized room, plenty coffee/tea in room

Rooms/beds not done for duration 4 nights inc eg bin not emptied , tea etc was filled up though.

Very thoughtful and excellent hosts, never had a better nights sleep, breakfast was very nice, exceptional thumbs up from my partner who is a top chef, very pleasant stay, will book again very highly recomended xx

Location good, breakfast good, comfort good, hospitality friendly, good & accommodating

like most places, showers can be bit snug esp if you're a bigger person but you see this in so many places

Booking.com need to put location of rooms on the site i.e room at top of house no lift etc.

Good friendly welcome, and continued every morning, lovely breakfast, Diane's daughter served us the breakfast every morning nice and polite, had a lovely chat with all the guests, we shall return, nice and clean and everything we wanted was to hand.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the guest house, bit of traffic noise in the evening.

The owner is very friendly, it is great to have parking at the house, the location is great very close to town and beaches! Our dog loved the place!
