Beautiful home. Peter was a super host! Wonderful cooked to order breakfast. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. Excellent place to stay. Thank you, Peter!!!

Proprietor was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect. Backyard cabana was a great oasis to have an evening soirée. Theo was not a thing we did not enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay at Heathcote. The room was clean and comfortable including a very nice bathroom! Peter was an exceptional host helping us in several ways including getting a taxi arranged for a scheduled tour. We were a short walk from restaurants on the River Ness. This was a great place to base our visit to the Scottish highlands.

The host was extremely gracious and accommodating with our late arrival. He went out of his way to help us leave early the next morning with breakfast.

Our hosts were incredible! Nothing was too much for Pete and Zhanara. They were literally the best. They made us feel so welcome and treated us like part of the family. They have been the best part of our Scotland road trip. Breakfast was always outstanding every morning. The room madd you fele like being at home with how comfortable it was. The room was always tidied up every day (bed made etc). We loved all the top tips and hints about the area. We loved the walk along the river to get to town from the property.
